• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved methods.

3. Pricing & Product Information

• All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

• While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, images, and pricing may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and cancel or update orders as needed.

4. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery timelines vary based on item availability and location. Estimated delivery will be communicated at the time of order.

• Free delivery is offered within Dubai on eligible orders. Delivery fees may apply to other Emirates.

• Free installation is provided for applicable items unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations & Returns

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet dispatched.

• Return or exchange is only accepted for damaged or defective items, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Custom-made or special order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

• All furniture comes with a standard warranty period of 1 year against manufacturing defects.
